Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. All data is used solely for project communication and service delivery.

All web design services are agreed upon via email before any work begins. This email agreement serves as the contract between you and Derivora Studio.

By engaging my services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to project-related communications in a timely manner
• Supply any required content, images, or materials as discussed
• Review and approve work at agreed milestones

Project scope, timeline, and pricing are finalized via email before work begins. Any changes to scope may affect the final price and delivery date.

Refunds are handled based on project progress at the time of cancellation:

• Before work begins: Full refund available
• Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed
• Completed work: Non-refundable

Refund requests must be submitted via email. Each request is reviewed individually and a decision will be communicated within 5 business days.

Payment Method: All payments are made via Zelle. Payment details are provided via email after project terms are agreed.

Payment Finality: Zelle payments are final and non-reversible. Please ensure you are satisfied with the agreed scope before sending payment.

Ownership Transfer: Full ownership of the website and all associated files transfers to you only after payment is received in full. Until full payment is made, I retain all rights to the work.

Portfolio Rights: I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or services, including but not limited to:

• Web hosting providers
• Domain registrars
• Payment processors
• Email services
• Third-party plugins, APIs, or integrations

While I deliver professional, high-quality websites, I cannot guarantee specific business results, traffic, or revenue from the websites I create. Success depends on many factors outside of web design.
